不想每2~3年花錢購買正版 Office 軟體，但又想使用文書編輯的話，免費的文書編輯工具一般都會想到OpenOffice、LibreOffice這兩套軟體，但說真的使用起來就是不太順手，而且針對 Microsoft Office 軟體格式支援部沒有很高，最近找到一套蠻好用的文書工具- Kingsoft Office Suite Free 2012 綠色免安裝版，Spreadsheets、Writer和 Presentation 相當於微軟的 Excel、Word以及PowerPoint，界面很像完全不需要花太多時間去適應，而且檔案格式、排版相容性很高，使用起來蠻方便的，蠻推薦下載來使用看看的。

首先是 Writer 畫面，雖然是英文版但和 Microsoft Word 界面很像

應該蠻好上手的，打中文不是問題，支援開啟檔案格式也蠻多的

但唯獨 Office 2007 版以後的 .docx 不支援，需要稍微注意一下!!

對了補充一下，它還支援PDF檔輸出，無須安裝軟體，很方便 ~~

Kingsoft Spreadsheets 相當於 Office Excel，函數支援度高、功能完善

最後是 Kingsoft Presentation 相當於 $MS Powerpoint
